Request for Marketing Budget over the IBM Co-Marketing Program

 

Dear Business Partner

If you would like to request marketing budget through the IBM Co-Marketing Program, please fill out the following form and provide the needed information. The more detailed your information is, the more likely it is that your request will be granted (no guarantee!).

Upon receipt of your application, we will review whether and to what extent we can support you in your planned activities (no guarantee!).

Request entry deadlines:

  • For an activity in IBMs 1HY 2026: 15th of March 2026
  • For an activity in IBMs 2HY 2026: 15th of August 2026

Please note:

  • The IBM co-marketing program is only available to IBM partners who have completed the IBM Integrity Training and GCQ!

Very Important:

  • Please do not sign any contracts, commission any agencies or start with activities before you have received official TD SYNNEX (and if needed IBM) approval for your request!
  • The business partner is responsible for complying with IBM co-marketing rules. TD SYNNEX is not liable if a claim is rejected by IBM due to non-compliance with the rules!
  • Invoices for a campaign must be addressed to the business partner, who pays them and then issues a marketing invoice to TD SYNNEX. TD SYNNEX will then submit the claim to IBM on behalf of the partner. TD SYNNEX will only pay the partner’s marketing invoice once IBM has approved the claim.
