Step-by-Step Guide
- Before starting the Cisco registration, please make sure that you are already registered as a TD SYNNEX customer and have your TD SYNNEX Reseller Account Number (RAN) available.
You will be asked by Cisco to enter your reseller account number (RAN) . What is your RAN?
This is your company’s unique account number with your Cisco Authorized Distributor(s). When you Register at TD Synnex (Step 1) your Account Number will be generate by us and shared with you.

In case you are not TD SYNNEX customer yet please register yourself under the following Link CLICK HERE The TD Synnex review process typically takes approximately 2-3 days to be completed. If you are already a TD SYNNEX registered customer and need your RAN please contact us using
- Create a Cisco.com Account
You need a Cisco.com ID to register as a Cisco partner. Please check attached Cisco fact sheet for Guidance: Register with Cisco

- Complete the registration form
Fill in the online form, confirm your details, and verify the email sent by Cisco. Once verified, your personal Cisco account (CCO-ID) will be active.
- Start the Cisco Partner Registration Process: Under the following URL you can start the Cisco partner registration process: Cisco 360 Partner Program – Cisco. The “Next Generation Partner Registration User Guide for Reseller”does provide you with all the details to successful complete the registration. - Describe the value your business would contribute to Cisco if you were to become a Cisco partner.
- Describe the market opportunity you see for your capabilities and offerings.
- Provide specific customer business opportunities in your pipeline and describe your long-term goals for the partnership with Cisco.
Please make sure to clearly describe your company’s full business potential and growth opportunities. Cisco expects to see a credible business outlook and clear value for the partnership.
- Submit the request
Once submitted, a case will be created, and your application will automatically be forwarded to Cisco for review. During the validation process, you may be asked to provide additional information regarding future projects and business. Your submission will be reviewed by Cisco and TD Synnex. This might take up to several weeks.
Associate your Cisco.com ID with your Partner Account: If your registration has been successful approved and you are now an official Cisco Partner pleased associate your personal Cisco.com ID with your new Partner Account. Please check the attached Cisco fact sheet: Associate myself with Partner Account. This step needs to be repeated by each of your employee with a valid Cisco Login. Your company Cisco Partner Self Service (PSS) Administrator must validate and approve each association user request under the following URL: Partner Self service. We highly recommend to have 2 user with administration user role.
