More security, performance, and productivity: The new Technology Refreshes for IBM i are coming.

Today, Technology Refresh 9 (TR9) for IBM i 7.5 and Technology Refresh 3 (TR3) for IBM i 7.6 were announced. Another significant update supporting the continuous evolution of the IBM i platform.

Both updates will be available for installation from November 20, 2026. Key enhancements include:
